Welcome!
¡Bienvenido!

Sharing stories about marginalized communities in the U.S. and internationally is my calling. Throughout my education, I have studied the dynamics of cultures, which has empowered me to write and think critically about human society. My passion for curating authentic stories and shedding light on historically underserved people worldwide stems from my background as a first-generation American, a Colombian, and a daughter of immigrants.

I have developed skills and experience in marketing and communications, content development, digital media production, high-quality storytelling, and fact-checking through my education and work experience at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, an agency of the United Nations, The University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, CNN, The Boston Globe, and MSNBC. I am a Villanova University alum and recently earned a Master of Science in Journalism from Boston University.

I aim to be a leader in developing powerful news stories about people from the rich diversity of cultures that embody the United States, the Americas, and the world.

Follow me on my journey, and let’s get in touch!
